Dr. MacFarlane grew up in Moscow, Idaho he moved to Lynnwood, Washington when he was in High school. He attended the University of Washington for both his undergraduate and Medical degrees. He did his General Surgical residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He is one of the founding partners of Surgical Associates of Edmonds. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He has special interest and skills in vascular surgery.
Dr MacFarlane lives in the Edmonds community.When he is not working he enjoys all outdoor activities the Pacific northwest offers with his family
